When will I be charged?
Payment is collected at the time your request reaches Pending Payment status. You will see the full cost displayed transparently before confirming your payment.
💡 Prefer to pay in person? Depending on your primary care provider, you may also be able to pay with cash or cheque at their office. Contact your provider directly to confirm what they accept.
Annual Plan payments:
The Annual Plan can only be paid by credit card and is available on a monthly or yearly billing cycle. This allows your plan to be kept active automatically without needing to make a manual payment each time.
