If your Docnote verification code hasn't arrived, don't worry — this is usually easy to resolve in just a few steps. Follow the steps below before reaching out to support.

Steps to troubleshoot a missing verification code:

  1. Select the Resend button to request a new verification code.
  2. Double-check that your email address or mobile number was entered correctly — a small typo is the most common cause.
  3. If your internet connection is slow, the code may take a few moments to arrive. Wait at least one minute before trying again.
