How to Sign Up for the Docnote Annual Plan

Ready to join the Annual Plan? Here's how to get started in just a few steps — you'll need an active Docnote account first.

Signing up for the Annual Plan is quick and straightforward. Before you begin, make sure you have an active Docnote account — you'll need to be logged in to complete the process.

Steps to sign up:

  1. Log in to your Docnote account.
  2. Navigate to the Annual Plan section:
    • Phone or tablet: tap ☰ in the top left → select Annual Plan
    • Computer: select Annual Plan from the left-hand menu
  3. Tap the orange "Get Started" button and follow the on-screen instructions to complete your enrollment.

⚠️ Important: You must have an active Docnote account before signing up for an Annual Plan. If you don't have one yet, create your account first at https://app.docnote.com/login.
