Logging in to your Docnote account takes just a moment. Here's how to access your account and get to your dashboard.
Steps to log in:
- Go to https://app.docnote.com/login.
- Enter your email address and password.
- If you logged out of your last session, you'll be asked to verify your identity — choose to receive a verification code by mobile or email, then enter the code to proceed.
- You'll land on your dashboard, which displays your uninsured services list, your primary care provider's contact information, office hours, and recent notifications.
💡 Already logged in? If you stayed logged in from your last session, you'll go straight to your dashboard with no verification step required.
Forgot your password? Select "Forgot Password" on the login page and follow the instructions sent to your email to reset it.
