• The complexity of the service (e.g., a sick note vs. a disability form)
• Your clinic's current volume and processing schedule
• Whether additional information or a consultation is required

How to track your request:

You do not need to call the office to check on your document. Docnote provides a real-time status tracker accessible directly from your dashboard. Your request will move through the following stages:

• 🔵 Pending Verification — your primary care provider has received your request
• 🟠 In Progress — your primary care provider is working on it
• 🔴 Pending Payment — payment is required before your document is released
• 🟢 Completed — your document is ready to view or download

Once your document is ready, you will receive an email notification and can download it securely from the Files section of your request in Docnote.
