The best way to get an estimated response time is to ask your provider directly. You can do this without leaving Docnote:

1. Log in and navigate to Requests.
2. Open the relevant request.
3. Scroll down to the Office Communication section.
4. Type your message and send it — your primary care provider will receive an email notification and can reply directly through Docnote.
