How to View or Download a Completed Document in Docnote

Once your request is complete, you can view or download your document directly from Docnote. Here's how to find it in the Files section.

When your primary care provider has completed your request, any final documents will be attached directly to your request inside Docnote. Here's how to find and download them.

Steps to view or download a completed document:

  1. Log in and navigate to Requests:
    • Phone or tablet: tap ☰ in the top left → select Requests
    • Computer: select Requests from the left-hand menu
  2. Find and open the request with a Completed status.
  3. Scroll down to the Files section within the request.
  4. Locate your final document — the name may vary depending on what your primary care provider chose to call it:
    1. Select the document name to view it directly in your browser
    2. Select the three orange dots (•••) to download it to your device
💡 Note: Documents are generally in PDF format, but this may vary depending on your primary care provider.
