All communication with your primary care provider regarding a request takes place directly inside that request in Docnote — through the Office Communication section. Both you and your provider will receive email notifications when a new message is sent.
Steps to send a message:
- Log in and navigate to Requests.
- Open the relevant request.
- Scroll down to the Office Communication section.
- Type your message and send it — your primary care provider will receive an email notification.
- When your provider replies, you'll receive an email notification — log in and open the request to read their response.
